WrestlingStore.pk — Return & Exchange Policy

1. Return & Exchange Window

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.

2. Eligibility

• Product must be unworn, unused and in the original condition.
• Original tags, labels and packaging must be intact.
• Include a copy of the invoice / order confirmation or the order number with the return.
• Personalized or custom print-on-demand items are non-returnable unless faulty or incorrect.

If returned items are used, washed, altered, or missing original tags/packaging, WrestlingStore.pk reserves the right to reject the return or apply a partial refund.

3. Return Shipping & Costs

• Customers must return merchandise via a traceable courier (registered post or courier) and are responsible for all return shipping costs.
• Original delivery/shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Keep the courier tracking number and shipment proof until the return is processed.

4. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange (Step-by-step)

1. Contact Us First — Contact our team within 7 days of delivery:

2. Download & Complete the Return Form — Download the Return Form (PDF). Print, fill and include it inside your return shipment with the invoice copy.
3. Repack the Item — Use original packaging where possible and include accessories and the completed form.
4. Ship to the Address Below — Send the return via traceable courier to:

5. Keep Tracking Information — Retain your courier tracking number and receipt until the return is delivered and processed.

5. Refunds & Processing Time

Customers can choose to receive either a direct refund to the original payment method or a WrestlingStore.pk value voucher of equal amount for future purchases (voucher valid for 6 months). Simply select your preference on the Return Form.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds or exchanges will be processed within 7 working days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method; allow additional time for banks/payment providers.

6. Exchanges & Replacements

Exchanges (for a different size or color) depend on stock availability. If unavailable, a refund will be issued once the returned item is inspected. Exchange shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us immediately (within 48 hours is best) at wrestlingstore.pk@gmail.com or 03102450890 and include clear photos of the product and packaging.

8. Non-Returnable Items

Final sale, clearance, heavily discounted items and most personalized/custom-print items are non-returnable unless faulty. Any exceptions will be stated on the product page.

9. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted if a returned item is not in original condition, damaged by customer use, or missing parts not due to our error.
