Welcome to WrestlingStore.pk. By accessing or using this website and placing orders with us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. General

WrestlingStore.pk is owned and operated by Wrestling Store (Karachi, Pakistan). We may update these Terms from time to time - changes take effect when posted on this page. Continued use of the site after changes implies acceptance.

2. Products & Orders

Product images and descriptions are for illustration; slight variations may occur. Orders are confirmed once payment is received or Cash on Delivery is accepted. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock issues, pricing errors, or suspected fraud; in such cases we will notify you and refund any payment made.

3. Pricing & Payment

Prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Accepted payment methods are shown at checkout and may include Cash on Delivery, bank transfer, or other methods listed on the site.

4. Shipping

We ship nationwide via trusted courier partners. Standard delivery charges apply unless a free-shipping offer is active. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or other factors outside our control.

5. Returns, Refunds & Vouchers

Returns and refunds are handled under our separate Return & Refund Policy. In short: items must be unused and unworn, a completed Return Form must be included in the parcel, and returns must be initiated within the stated window. Delivery/shipping charges are non-refundable. You may opt to receive a WrestlingStore.pk value voucher (valid 6 months) instead of a cash refund; details are in the Return Policy.

6. Value Vouchers & Store Credit

Store vouchers issued by WrestlingStore.pk are valid for the period specified at issuance (default 6 months), are redeemable only on our website, and are non-transferable unless stated otherwise. Voucher use is subject to any minimum-spend rules printed on the voucher or communicated at issuance.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this site - including logos, images, text, and designs - is the property of WrestlingStore.pk unless otherwise credited. You may not copy, reproduce, or use site content without our written permission.

8. Privacy

Your personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy. By using the site you consent to the collection and use of information as described there.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WrestlingStore.pk will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of the website, products, or services. Our total liability for direct damages is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant product or service.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Pakistan.
